Donate to Community Paws

Our mission is to provide:

  • Education and awareness to the public regarding responsible pet ownership.

  • Benevolent assistance to animals and individuals in need.

  • Charitable giving to other non-profit organizations.

We have been a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit in Buckeye, Arizona since 2014. We are completely dependent upon local volunteers and rescue organizations to foster animals in need.  We hold numerous events throughout the year to generate donations to help local animals and individuals in need.

One of our proudest achievements is partnering with since  2018 to redistribute pet food deemed unacceptable for resale to animal rescues and charities in need. To date we've provided hundreds of thousands, if not millions of pounds of pet food, one bag at a time.

Each pet is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped by a veterinarian.  All they need is you!

Legacy Bricks are now for sale!

We are THRILLED to announce we are partnering with DMB to bring you the opportunity to purchase a legacy brick for your beloved pet at the new Verrado Dog Park, due to open this summer. We have a limited number so do not delay if you are interested.

The money raised from these bricks is being donated to Community Paws so we can continue our efforts to make better lives for the animals we rescue and those needing our assistance.

Community Paws is in immediate need of volunteers for our Animal Assistance Program.

Distribution Volunteers will be needed the first and third Saturdays each month to assist with distributing the products donated by to rescues, individuals and charitable organizations. Distribution will be held in a central location in Buckeye. Volunteers will need to be able to lift approximately 30 lbs.  You can see this program in action and learn more about it here.

We are also seeking independent truck drivers to donate their services in transporting the distribution trailer from Goodyear to Buckeye.
